Nowadays it's getting harder & harder to find a clean Ford 7.3 diesel pickup that isn't a work truck or has a million miles on it. When you're looking for the ultimate in cargo carrying capability without sacrificing comfort and reliability, your search will begin and end with a Ford truck that's powered by the legendary 7.3 Powerstroke diesel engine. This '01 F250 XLT has all the comforts you've come to expect like power windows/locks, tilt/cruise, etc. plus it's a big crew cab so it has the crew and cargo carrying capability that you need but in a short bed model. It also has real four wheel drive too with 3.73 limited slip diffs. Best of all, it's got a 7.3 POWERSTROKE DIESEL engine that runs great!

The later '01+ model 7.3 diesels are the best ones since they have more horsepower and engine upgrades vs the older ones. This is no stripped-down work truck. It's loaded-up with many upgrades such as a 5th wheel hitches, spray-in bedliner, privacy glass, block heater, and more. There's even a factory AM/FM Stereo CD/Cassette plus a huge center console between the front seats. The spare tire is still present. Even if you don't need the hitche in the bed, they're an expensive setup that only adds value to the truck.

This truck was traded-in at a local dealer on a new one. It has been upgraded with a nice set of 17" wheels that complement the factory two tone paint job. We did add the '04 style crystal lens headlights to upgrade from the look of the milky stock ones. These 7.3 engines are practically unbreakable and the later model ones have a lot of upgrades and more horsepower vs the older model 7.3s. We see these 7.3s all the time with half a million miles or more. This truck is TIGHT too with no squeaks or rattles.

With only 217k on it, this truck is barely broken-in! We regularly see these trucks with 400-500,000 miles and running strong. It's a Southern truck so there are absolutely NO RUST HOLES OR RUST BUBBLES. We've had our mechanic go over this truck top to bottom so we wouldn't hesitate to get in this truck and drive it anywhere! Feel free to fly in and drive it home no matter where that may be. Best of all, we need to free up the money so we're selling this truck with a LOW RESERVE so the high bidder will likely own it even if the final bid is THOUSANDS BELOW the book value!!!
