1963 Ford E-Series Van CUSTOM SHORTY VAN Description
INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS BUYERS WELCOME! NO RESERVE! PLEASE CALL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR TO BUY IT NOW AT (76O) 8O5-8038. This van is one of a kind. If you like making people happy, this van makes EVERYBODY smile. It is perfect for holidays and just in time for Halloween, as a billboard parked outside of your business, or would work well in your next Hollywood film. The number of pictures that are taken with this van daily is pretty incredible. It is a 1963 Ford Econoline Shorty Custom van that is a former show van and has been hidden away in storage for years. Somebody put an extraordinary amount of time, effort, and money into this at one point. It was built as a tribute to Mel Blanc who did all of the voices for Bugs Bunny and the Looney Tunes cartoons that we all loved as kids. The body is excellent. No rust. Custom heavy sparkle metalflake gray paint with everybody's favorite alien Marvin the Martian, laser beams, guitars, etc on both sides and "Blast" from the past on the rear. There is some paint flaking in spots and most of the paint is stripped from the roof. You also get the Give Me Space mudflaps which are cooler than Yosemite Sam's Back Off ones. Actual mileage is unknown because, well, they are all Space miles. There really are too many things to list but some of them are the custom lounge area in the center with a wood table, shot glasses, in-laid guitars in the table, vintage 1980s computer (no it does not work), and even a fifth of Martian Mash Moonshine (if you are drunk enough to choose to drink it, you are on your own and frankly should check in to the nearest re-hab). Front and rear sunroofs. Bed area set up in the rear. Healthy six cylinder engine runs well and sounds great through the custom sidepipes. It starts right up and seems to go down the road fine but I have not really driven it much and would definitely recommend you go over it before driving it very far. The tires are old and have dry cracks. The brakes work. Clutch and transmission work. It has been in storage for a long time so please don't call and ask me if you can drive it home across the country because it's always been a dream trip of yours. It need some TLC. But I don't think you will find a cooler rig for the money. Clean, clear CA title in hand. Sorry, my orange van The General Lemmy is not for sale. My dog Johnny Cash loves it too much and we have too much fun with it. I am located in Cardiff, California in North County Coastal San Diego. Thanks!
