2012 Ford Fusion SEL Description

I have for sale a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL AWD with just under 48k miles. Well cared for and no issues at all. I just changed the oil on 9/30 and the tires were replaced earlier this year by the dealer. The only reason I am selling is because I inherited my father's truck and can't justify paying for two vehicles.
Clean title in-hand.
