2012 Ford Focus Titanium Description

Up for sale is my wife's 2012 Ford Focus TitaniumShe bought a 4 wheel drive vehicle a few months ago and loves it, and hasn't used the Focus so its time to go.We bought it 3 & 1/2 years ago from the local Ford dealership off of a 2 year leaseshe loves the car, it has EVERYTHINGheated seats and mirrors, key-less entry and ignition, power everything, parking assist, Ford SYNC, traction control, cruise, electronic curb feelers, moon roof, etc etcI put 4 new tires tires on in the spring (BFGoodrich G-Force Comp-2-AS 235/40ZR18) and put on rear brake pads (less than 8,000 miles ago)I just changed the oil and put on front brake pads last month (less than 200 miles ago)
The car comes with a set of cheap seat covers for the front seats and with a cargo net for the truck
I also have 4 factory Ford 16" steel wheels and hub caps that we use to run snow tires on, they are Cooper Weather-Master S/T2 215/55/R16, 3 have around 12,000 miles, 1 has 0 miles as it was a replacement
I will expect a $200 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of close of auction and the rest in cash (or other means agreed upon) at the time of deliveryI am flexible with payment and deliver times as i realize we all have lives, jobs and family's to tend to in our off time
As a BONUS I will deliver the car and the tires to anywhere within 60 miles of 06484 for FREEand for a small fee i will go out to 100 milesif someone would like to meet up to look at it, get more pictures or go for a test drive please feel free to contact me as the car is still registered and insured as we do drive it once in a while when needed

The bad news is i put some scratches in the door, :( The scratches are into the primer and not the door skin as you can see in the pics,
ALSO the car is up for sale locally so if it gets taken down its because someone else was faster to come up with the cash then you :-)~money talks and tire kickers walk
