1968 Ford F-250 Description

fresh from the barn 3 owner 68 highboy. been in dry storage for 25 years. this truck was pulled at local county fairs in the street stock class for several years back in the late 70's early 80's then motor removed and replaced with fresh 2bbl 390 has about 5k miles on it, new tires put on then it was parked in barn not to be driven again until this week. body was redone in about 1981, some cancer but not bad for year, front cab mounts and floor pans are the worst, box is very nice. wasn't driven in winter much was used mainly for truck pulls. truck runs and drives but needs a carb and tank cleaning, and brakes bled, tires have some minor checking, would recomend trailering home. has 4.10 gears and a detroit locker in the rear, front is open. all running gear is original and in great shape. dash and glass are excellent seat not original. motor has good oil pres. and runs good when carb cooperates. has open headers. still has adjustable hitch for pulling and ladder bars in rear. mileage listed is a guess.
