2014 Ford Fusion Description

Offered up for sale is a 2014 ford fusion with less than 3500 miles.. Why are the miles so low??? This was my dads ca, six months after he bought it. He passed away.. After dealing with all the estate red tape for a year. I finally have the paperwork done. And title in hand... ..since I already have my truck. I have no need to keep this.. The car is like new..
