1979 Ford Bronco
This is a no reserve auction. Please do not bid unless you plan to purchase vehicle. Thank you!
I also have a running and driving 1943 GPW that I am going to list in the next week or so. The body is rough but I will only need about $6,000 out of it. Email me if you want any pictures or details ahead of listing. It's for sale!
These bad boys are way too fun to drive! They will go anywhere in the hills. This is a great example of an original 1979. Its not all beat up and rusted out like you usually see them. There is a little surface rust as you can see in pictures. But there is no rust thru anywhere on the truck. There is typical wear and tear on the inside and out....i.e. rock chips, broken lid oncenter counsel, cracked dash, chips onplastic interior trim.Carpet is dirty in very back, 3 rock chips in windshield, wing windows whistle when going down the interstate.Painthas somefadingand chips all around it. The wheels have surfacerust on them. This is a 1979, not a 2009!!!I was told it had sat in a garage stored for about 15 years and was taken out about 3 years ago when the owners uncle died and left it to him. He took the heads off and put newseals in and put all new hoses, belts, plugs, wires etc. since it had been sitting so long. The engine runs good and idles nice. The transmission shifts good and smooth. It is comfortable going down the interstate about 60-65. It drives nice around town and the 4x4 works perfect when its time to work or play! The interior is pretty clean for a 1979. There are no tears in the seats, the carpet looks like it was replaced everywhere other than the very back. All the electricalworks.....lights, dome light, horn, blinkers, radio, gauges. The only electrical that doesn't work isthe cruise andthe back window only goes up and down when it wants (probably needs new motor). The undercarriage is very straight and clean for a79. Over all this is a very nice 1979 to use as is or could be an easy restoration, considering the condition its in already. Please email any questions you have and leave a # if you want a call back. We live close to Interstate 90,whichmakes transportingeasier and more affordablefor.
Thanks, Kevin
