Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this stunning 1965 Factory Mustang GT which is in fully restored condition with low actual miles of 92,210. This Mustang GT features a beautiful repaint in factory Caspian Blue with new decals and emblems, a fully restored interior, and a nicely rebuilt 302 engine. This Mustang is very solid with great lines and gaps. This Mustang is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Caspian Blue (code H) over Blue (code 22) standard vinyl interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified on the door tag pictured below. This is a very sought after collectible Mustang being a Factory GT model with a manual transmission.

Exterior

The Caspian Blue exterior is in beautiful restored condition. This Mustang was treated to a professional repaint in factory Caspian Blue with all new decals in 2007. The paint is still in great condition and fresh and both bumpers are in great shape with no pitting or scratches in the chrome which shines wonderfully. The decals and emblems look new and are in excellent shape. The front grill and fog lights are all in excellent shape. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but nothing was intentionally excluded from the photos. The BF Goodrich tires have excellent tread left and are sized 195/70/14 and the 14″ wheels are OEM restored originals and are in great shape with no curb rash and shine nicely. All weather stripping and window sweeps are newer and in excellent condition. Trunk is very solid and clean and comes with a newer trunk mat. As seen in the photos below this is a true GT model and the fog lights and tail lights come on together when the fog light toggle switch is turned on.

Interior

The Blue vinyl interior of this Mustang GT has been fully restored. The seat covers have been replaced and are like new with no noticeable wear anywhere. The carpet is like new as well with no stains, rips, or holes. The dash is in great condition with no cracks and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo was upgraded years ago to a after market 2 prong AM/FM digital PTC 200 “Mustang” stereo that works great. Thankfully the dash has not been cut for a modern stereo. The door panels have been replaced and are in like new condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner and package tray have also been replaced and both are in great condition. All interior lights and gauges work as they should. The horn, stereo, wipers and heater also work. All window cranks were replaced and all windows go up and down as they should. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.

Mechanical

This Mustang GT is in great mechanical condition with only 92,210 actual miles. The 302 was rebuilt and bored .03 over with a mild cam and came out of an 84 Mustang GT and was installed in 2007. Since then only 1200 miles were added over the next 10 years. We just replaced the battery and battery cable. We have driven this car numerous times and it always performs well, it has not run hot, rides tight, and always a joy to drive. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the car handles and performs well. This Mustang is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs excellent. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should, and the front disk brakes and brake lines have been serviced. True Flowmaster dual exhaust has been installed on this Mustang and it has an amazing exhaust note at idle and cruising speeds and no noticeable drone. Headers were also added with the new exhaust. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos.

The Vehicle is being sold by a Licensed State of Ohio Dealer (Cincy Classic Cars, LLC). You will need to check with your local government for any special rules regarding these older vehicles passing any inspections. We will not be held liable for any vehicle not passing inspection.The vehicle is offered with a right to a personal inspection by any bidder or agent. If you are the buyer and unable to inspect said vehicle immediately, you or an agent will have seven (7) days to inspect said vehicle after the close of auction. We welcome a physical inspection to avoid any misunderstandings or representations. All disputes arising out of or resulting from this sale shall be finally determined by binding arbitration in Cincinnati/Milford, Ohio in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be carried out by one or more arbitrators in accordance with said rules. Any award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as judgments. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Ohio law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Ohio to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through EBay or otherwise.

Payment Terms:

Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A deposit in the amount of $950.00 must be received within Twenty-Four (24) hours of the auction close typically by PayPal ( PayPal for deposit only NOT for full payment). Purchaser cannot make any claims of ownership to said vehicle without payment in full. The buyer has seven (7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If an inspection or decision takes longer than seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within seven (7) days of the auctions close. Documentation Fee: There will be a $150.00 domestic and $250.00 international fee added to each car sold. This includes title transfer, inventory tax, holding costs, vehicle preparation, storage and priority documentation delivery.

We will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left our property. We are just being realistic; most of the cars we deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and your expectation should not be of a perfect, new car. Once full payment has been received, Seller will mail a copy of clear title, Bill of Sale, Buyers Guide and additional BMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via mail. The fully-executed forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle.

We are happy to accommodate our international buyers! Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage or optional roll-on/roll-off (RoRo). Please note that we are not a transport company and only offer this service as a convenience to our customers. You are more than welcome to arrange your own shipping. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received.

Warranty
