2003 Ford Windstar Description

Used Ford Windstar LE - 1 owner before us. It is in fair to good condition. Leather seats, front seats are heated. A/C & Heating both work great, radio & CD work. Car drives great, very smooth, and we used it for long family trips as well as everyday carpooling with the kids.
Drove to Cooperstown NY from Philly (and back!) 2 months ago.
Here are the issues: Some rust on the outside. 2 seats have tears. 1 Side door does not work automatically, was sticking so we disabled it and it is manual, and works fine.
The shifting gear has a bit of a stick and needs some manipulating to move from "P" to "R" and "D" and back. My wife has had less of an issue with this than me I don;t know why.
3rd row seats are intact - seats 7 comfortably. Recent inspection valid through mid 2017. Recently detailed and clean inside.
