2003 Ford Excursion Description

Original Owner, beautiful, late 2003 Ford Excursion Eddie Bauer 4X4 Diesel with the 6.0 Power Stroke. 325HP 562LBS Torque 11,000 LB towing capacity, 8 passenger. This car looks amazing for a 12+ year old car andI would rate it 9.5/10.Thepaint shines beautifully and the car has no dents anywhere and only a very small number of imperfections/scratches dings mainly on the rear bumper and one on the rear pass fender molding. And the interior is also in great shape with no rips or tears in upholstery. The only problem with upholstery is on the darker brown section of the seats where you slide in and out. This can very easily be re-dyed or sprayed. This car was bought new in California in Nov 2003. It is loaded and literally has every option offered including Power and heated driver and passenger seats with memory seat on driver's side, Power adjustable (forward and backward foot pedals, tilt steering wheel, back-up sensors, climate control with front and rear dual zones, Factory entertainment system with DVD player and 6 disc CD changer. It lived in CA until August 2007 when we drove it cross country to New York where we've had it ever since. Body is totally rust free. Car runs perfectly. We have all the major receipts. Has premium Bridgestone truck tires with way over 50% life left, They only have about 18,000 miles, as do brakes. Shocks have less than 20,000 miles and are upgraded shocks. Batteries are less than 1 year old. Have changed oil regularly. Did EGR cooler bypass about 18 months agos ago and car runs great. Transmission shifts perfectly and recently had a transmission oil and filter change. In June 2015, fuel pump gave out and debris damaged 5 injectors. Mechanic recommended replacing all 8 injectors, which are now brand new Ford OEM. While apart, he went through whole motor and replaced all worn parts at that time. That repair was $9,738.25 and no expense was spared. I have the entire receipt. Last repair was alternator replaced in August 2015, so this car really is good to go at least another 100,000 miles without any major repairs. Has not been used to tow very often. Used to tow my go kart trailer (light weight), when I bought the car. We've moved to a condo and our kids are older and we have no need to tow anything and a tiny parking space, so we're downsizing. Side view mirror has a minor crack caused by another car banging our mirror in tight traffic. A brand new mirror is only about $100 on eBay and factory type replacement glass is less than $50 and snaps in. I will agree to replace glass if car sells for $16K or more. Check my feedback over 17 years of buying and selling on eBay. I've sold 4 cars on eBay over the years as well as a gold Rolex and other high end watches and never a complaint. This car is in excellent over all shape for an almost 13 year old car. It has no dents, only a couple of minor dings, barely noticeable, and no scratches to speak of. It really is a clean car. Would be happy to show it to local buyers or arrange for an inspection. BUYER WILL HAVE TO ARRANGE SHIPPING AND PAY FOR SHIPPING TO US ONLY. CAR IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS WITH A CLEAN NEW YORK STATE TITLE. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I AM RE-LISTING THIS CAR BECAUSE THE WINNING BIDDER "FORGOT" HE HAD BID ON MY CAR AND THEN DECIDED HE DIDN'T WANT IT. HE HAD ZERO FEEDBACKS SO ANYONE BIDDING WITHOUT AT LEAST 10 FEEDBACKS MUST CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE BIDDING OR YOUR BID WILL BE CANCELLED. SORRY TO HAVE TO DO THIS BUT EVER SINCE EBAY TOOK AWAY THE SELLER'S ABILITY TO GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO THE BUYER, BUYERS DON'T SEEM TO FEAR BIDDING WITHOUT FOLLOWING THROUGH.
