This bus/van until a few weeks ago was owned by a state operated government housing authority system that recently replaced it with a new one because of age and miles, was not replaced because of issues, simply replaced on a schedule which takes into account age and mileage. We purchased the bus/van directly from them, not from an auction, dealer or broker, simply turning it into cash. The van cranks right up on its own power, engine and transmission run and shift great, air conditioning blows cold front and rear, heat blows hot, stereo plays, cruise control works and brakes work properly, we drove the van over 100 miles after purchasing and before cleaning, no issues or problems. Many positive things to say including that is was owned by a government agency that uses a strict maintenance/service schedule, several negative things to bring to your attention, first of all the van is over 10 years old and has just a little over 300k miles on it, doesn’t mean its life is over but does mean it is used and has been driven a good bit, most of the miles were traveling around the State of Mississippi, the windshield has several cracks in it, the rear view windshield mirror is in the passenger seat and not on the windshield as it should be, the (2) rows of center seats are missing – we don’t have them – the agency pulled them out a few years ago and were using the van as more of a cargo/haul supplies type van and where they are now we don’t know, the headliner has some spots around the edges that is coming down, other than that what you see is what you get. We are selling the van with a clean-clear title and bill of sale, it will crank up, drive down the highway, it is 100% roadworthy, has quite a few miles and is selling regardless of price, seems to still have plenty of life left in it, will make someone with a large family a cheap means of transportation, perfect to haul a crew of workers in or carry some cargo around!
