Authenticity played a large role in this professionally restored 1958 Ford F-100 Custom Cab truck. An extensive frame-off, nut & bolt restoration includes the body being completely dipped & stripped. It shows meticulous attention to detail. The exterior sits as original design but with a brighter, more prominent color scheme. There is chrome around every corner.
The mechanical side is as equally impressive. The motor, transmission, & clutch have all been professionally rebuilt. Every detail is documented on paper. This truck has been preserved for all the right reasons. It has been in my family since 1970.
It is originally a CA truck owned by Chandlers Refrigeration in Santa Anna. My Grandfather brought it to IL in 1996 where he stored it untouched in the garage until 2000. I have owned it since then also storing it indoors. The restoration took 3 years finishing in 2014. I have only driven it approximately 12 times & 200 miles.
