2012 Ford Focus S Certified Description

It looks almost new. One mature owner which means it has been driven with the care of the vehicle in mind. The only repairs have been a torn CV boot and the 12V outlet did not work when the car was new. All of the maintenance is up-to-date and was done at Gosch Ford in Hemet. The battery was replaced when the 12V socket was repaired (about two years ago). It gets just under 36 mpg overall (the way I drive) without the AC on and about 29 mpg in the summer with the AC going most of the time. If you are not experienced driving a stick-shift there is an indicator on the dash that tells you when to shift. It has power mirrors and front power windows. The rear seat folds down opening to the trunk for cargo. There are no recalls in effect for this car. This car shifts smoothly, accelerates quickly, and handles extremely well. It has a very high safety rating. I put a CD in the player once and it sounded good but I never listen to the radio or music.
This car has no issues, has never been in any kind of collision, has never been in a flood, does not have a salvage title, or any of that other nonsense that you will get with a car that is priced so low that it is too good to be true. Heck, you even get to get the first door ding, just like with a new car! ;)
On the "Loan/Lien Records" all that means is that I refinanced the car twice and paid off the loan. I have the pink slip in hand.
