1932 Ford Roadster( convertible) Description
1932 ford roadster, titled as a 1932 roadster. Very rare title to acquire. All custom built about 8 years ago. High quality glass body on a carefully built custom 1932 frame. Beautiful underneath car. Heights superride front steering and suspension, triangulated 4 link rear suspension with eagle shocks. 8" ford rear, 4:10 gears. Mini hydro boosted brakes. Wildwood 4 piston front calipers. Rear drum brakes.highly modified AOD transmission with shift kit and higher stall converter, great for street use still. Cruises at highway speeds with a lower rpm. Now for the power plant, 351w sbf block, bored .030" over, steel stroker 4.00" stroke crank. Arp H rods and arp bolts, Keith black forged pistons, head studs, aluminum heads, 195/202 valves. Brass frost plugs, Ceramic coated headers, balanced, huge aluminum front sump oil pan with cooling fins, roller rockers, now it is @408 cu in. Approximately with this fuel sipping setup, it's over 500hp. More than I can get to the ground with stock tires. Custom aluminum radiator, electric cooling fan, 32 stainless grille, steel vented 32 hood. Solid stainless front and rear bumper. Large 1932 factory style fuel tank. Has a decent stereo. 6 speakers total. Sony explode, amp, US, aux in, cd stereo. Decently done interior, very comfy and good leg room for a 32. Custom made convertible top that comes apart and goes in the trunk, it takes about 15 minutes to install top, less to remove it. Has a 3rd brake light and 1939 ford tail light, flaming river stainless steering column with tilt. This is a very nicely built car that drives like new, handles great, and is a real head turner! However, we drive it daily and it has it's fair share of paint chips and imperfections. It cleans up well though, we are building a house and this car is collecting dust, I hate to sell it, but I'd rather see it get used than sit around. I'm open to an option to sell the rolling chassis with no motor/trans. ( would have to see some cash first. Or if you want to make it a Chevy powered car, I can do that too, it's all revolving around money, some people like ford power, some like Chevy power. Makes no difference to me. I have over 12k in the motor and trans. And over 40k in the car itself. I have a few pics but have only a few with the top on it.( I just took them in the near dark garage. Feel free to text me with any questions, 7one5 nine zero five 03nine five. Thanx for looking.
