my son moved toCalifornia. car starts every time new tires in Feb and has inspection sticker and registered til the end of June. Oil was changed every 3000-3500 miles

The inspection sticker on Vehicle ran out in June 2016 . I would have to register it to get inspection sticker. I have let registration run out also.
