2016 Ford Mustang GT350R Description

You are looking at the unicorn, the unavailable, the Porsche GT3-slayer Shelby GT350R in the best (and meanest) color combination of Shadow Black over matte black over-the-top-stripes with GT350R-exclusive race red accents.
This particular R is even more special because it won Ultimate Street Car at the Tire Rack Grassroots Motorsports Ultimate Track Car Challenge! A NASA-sanctioned time trail competition held on the legendary VIR Full Race Course May 20th 2016. I was able to turn a 2:02.9 VIR Full lap time with her as delivered off of the showroom floor (with the exception of a Ford Performance-recommended custom suspension alignment). This will be in Grassroots Motorsports magazine. I doubt you will find a street-legal GT350R with a better racing pedigree. This is not a Multimatic Motorsports GT350R-C, this is a street-legal vehicle. This beautiful GT350R is bone stock, with the factory installed Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, and stock 6-piston/4-piston Brembo brakes with the factory installed pads. She has not been cut/butchered/molested with the installation of a roll bar, much less a full roll cage. If you are considering a Shelby GT350R as an investment (many folks are, this may be the last great naturally aspirated, manual transmission sports cars out there), consider which is worth more, one with a winning track pedigree at world-famous VIR or a garage queen with tire rot? A game winning home run baseball will always be worth more than an errant foul ball. Vinyl racing decals can be removed at new owner's request.
2016 GT350R, very low chassis number GR159 of what I can tell was only 496 2016 920A vehicles produced for the entire world.
Vehicle currently has 975.2 miles. Oil just changed at 975 miles with Ford Performance specified Motorcraft 5W-50 synthetic oil and Motorcraft oil filter.
I called-in favors and was on a wait-list for a year and a half just to have a chance at one of these special vehicles and I ordered it with all available options on a Shadow Black GT350R to include electronics package, over the top stripe, and custom fitted car cover (car cover remains in sealed box).
Electronics Package consists of:
• 7 Speaker Audio System• AM/FM Stereo/Single-CD Player• Sirius XM Satellite Radio with balance of prepaid subscription• SYNC® 3• Dual-Zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control• Rear View Camera• Turn Signal Mirrors• Universal Garage Door Opener• Voice-Activated Navigation System• Auxiliary Gauges• Front floor Mats• Tire Sealant and Inflation Kit
R PACKAGE features:
• GT350R MagneRide™ Damping System• Integrated Driver Control (IDC) System• Aluminum Strut Tower Brace• Engine Oil, Transmission and Differential Coolers• GT350R Heavy-Duty Front Springs• wider 19-inch Carbon Fiber Wheels• Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 Tires (Front 305/30 ZR 19 Rear 315/30 ZR 19)• Wheel Locking Kit• Carbon Fiber Rear Wing• Chin Spliter• Unique Chassis Tuning
For the collector:
I have the original un-creased Monroney sticker, shipping plastics, the shipping labels, the transport spring blocks, internal Ford paperwork outlining production and shipping, the original 30-day temp registration tag, Ford Dealer GT350R red Brembo Caliper business card holder, Ford Dealer GT350 display poster, Ford Dealer GT350 DVD, Ford GT350 owner's correspondence, and the really neat Ford GT350 Owner's Gift Box with Shelby prints/brochures, and complete with the numbered chassis GR159 model of the flat plane crank.
I have not utilized the Shelby GT350 Track Attack owner experience and would be willing to help the new owner register for this at their discretion.

Vehicle shows as new condition with exception of very small race rubber paint blemish on lower right front spoiler (pictured).
March 2016 production date, so transmission issue does not apply as it only affects 2/26/16 and prior GT350/GT350R models. This is one of the lowest production number GT350R models out there not affected by the service bulletin. Something to consider, especially if you are buying one for export.
Mustang Week is July 18-24th in Myrtle Beach, SC, only 90 miles from here. Feel free to fly in and drive your new GT350R down and be the star of the event. If not, I am happy to use my connections to arrange affordable shipping at your expense across the USA or across the globe.
Thank you for looking!
