...my name is Tom I am a licensed mechanic and PA diesel truck dealer with experience going back to the early 1970's. For those of you who remember when you got your car fueled up the attendant that ran out to fill your car up?That was me....itis whereI started my journey into the car business, at 14 I walked down to my uncles Texaco station in south central PA, after football practice, I'dput on my striped shirt and greeted the customers filled them up, checked the oil, washed the windows and whatever else I could do to get tips;). He let me in the garage when I got to high school and did engine work, brakes, welding and just about everything else but where I really excelled is when he started selling cars, I enjoyed helping customers find the car or truck or there dreams. I started my own lot in 1979 and built it up to the size of any new car dealership with 50 employees, 12 shop bays and well over 100 trucks on the lot, we sold that property and dealership back in 2006 and today nearing 60 years old I am semi retired and opened a small hobby lot located in Carlisle PA. I still have the passion for diesel trucks in which I'm an expert (by the way anyone who does anything successful for 35 years is an expert in my opinion), and I also have the passion just as I did at 18 to help people find the truck of there dreams. What I hate the older ones here in the northeast since they just melt away from all the rust and bondo they are loaded up with so I fly out west to Southern California,Texas, and other west coast and southern states to buy a few clean rustfree 1 owners and drive them home to sell in the northeast. Engine fires right up good strong batteries, injectors, glow plugs sweet power no chips or mods, no leaks or smoke, I just put a full rebuild on the tranny with all the 2016 Updates comes with recipt and 12 month warranty. I also put a pair or 10 ply rubber up front and ty rods and hub berings with warn ends. She tracks beautiful, drives tight new brake rotors, good exhaust and more trust me she is ready to go. Looks great nice fact paint has good gloss, no accedents, good frame. Interior is also excellent with cold air no smoker, this was a family truck well cared for, buy it now is bottom dollar, get in while its still for sale, low mile 7.3's are just not out there..
