1968FORD MUSTANG STUNNING SONIC BLUE PEARLC CODE V8 AUTOMATIC This listing is for a 1968Ford Mustang. This Mustang is in goodrunning/driving condition with a clean and clear title. It was given a mild restoration makeover a few years back. Since then it has been seldom driven and stored. Please read the description carefully before placing a bid and feel free to contact me withany inquiries you may have regarding this Mustang.
The body and floors are rust free. Paint Sonic Blue Pearl metallic base/clear. Paintis a few years old and in very nice shape with some minor imperfections. It has recently been buffed out to a high shine.Undercarriage is clean and straight with visible signs of damage or rust.
The motor is the original 289 V8. Motor is turnkey,runs good withdecent power and does not overheat. Good compression through all cylinders. Original 2V carburetor has been rebuilt. The transmission isa C4 three speed automatic which was rebuilt at the same time of paint. It shifts fine through all gears including reverse. Exhaust newer full length2 1/4inchpiping with glass pack stylemufflersproducing anice throaty tone. Factory power steeringworks good. Brand new factory replacement drum brakes front andrear have been inpected and have good shoes,vehiclestops nicely. Suspension is stock with newerfront and rear Monroe shock absorbers. Rear end isthefactory 8 inch.
Interior was all replaced with new upholstery, carpet, dash, deluxe speaker fitted kick panels,headliner, visors, door panes,gauge cluster and dash trim, floor mats,center console, wood grain steering wheel. A Pioneer CD deck with two rear shelf mounted 6x9"sand two 8" speakers up front. A new painless completewiring harness with updated fuse panel was also installed at time of restoration work. Original air conditioning car system is complete, but will need servicing.
