1983 Ford Mustang GLX Description

Up for auction is a nice old 1983 ford mustang 5.0 convertible GLX 5 speed. This is a great running car and has been with the same owner for the past 19 1/2 years. There is an envelope with all of the maintenance that has been done on the car for the past 19 1/2 years and the oil was changed every 3000 to 3500 miles. The most resent items are a new convertible top 2 years ago, a complete rebuild on the rear end with 3.73 ring + pinion by Bier Brothers Performance inc. 4 months ago and a new alternator and battery last month to get it ready for spring. The car has some paint coming off of the plastic front end and little rust spots here and there but overall it is a nice driver. The motor runs great and the 5 speed trans shifts good. The tires are in good condition. The car runs shifts and stops just like it should. The power top works fine. Remember this is a 33 year old car so it is not perfect but it is fast and fun to drive.
