My KR has the books and both window stickers. Front brake air cooling ducts still in shipping box. Shelby front floor mats come with car and have never been used. Car comes with Ford Factory Shelby Cobra car cover. Car always stored in a climate controlled garage at my house. VA Title is clear and in hand.
Car does have a $800 SCT tuner but has never been used on the car. The tuner was ordered and lock to my KR but after purchase of the tuner I decided to build a 1000 HP rated 2005 Mustang GT. As I did not want to change the originality of the KR.
I have owned this KR since 2010. I have put approximately 80 miles on the car since I purchase it (mostly to and from car shows). I brought the car from the original owner, who was a mutual friend of mine and the dealerships owner. He purchased the car from the same dealer in 2008 for $92,500. I purchased the car for a very good price of less than $60K in 2010. The was a friend to friend purchase and allowed for the lower purchase price.
If you are looking at the possible purchase of a KR, then you most likely know what a KR really is, KR's are not normal Mustangs or Shelby GT 500's. If you have not owned a KR or driven a KR you have not experienced the difference. The 2008 KR's are the 40th anniversary edition, only 1000 were made, and they handle as if they where real race cars.
As stated in the original listing I am interested in generating additional funds to help finish the construction of our lake home. However this is not a "fire sale", nor do I have to sell the car. I just wanted to offer up, the opportunity for another car enthusiast, achance to purchase an affordable piece of Ford's Mustang history.
Again,
Good Luck Bidding
