1996 Ford F-350 Description
I wish I could keep it, but the wife says it must go. This truck is a rare Osage conversion, with wood grain interior and overhead console. As long as I have owned it, I have maintained the engine coolant with anti-cavitation additive. This truck has a 4 inch Skyjacker suspension lift with 35 inch tires. It has a winch-ready heavy duty front bumper, although it does not have a winch installed.
Unfortunately, the original engine didn't live very long due to poor air filtration. I replaced the engine at 178k miles with a good used engine that has 21k more miles than the rest of the truck. The "new" engine has treated me well, and I installed a top of the line intake and filter setup to ensure that it does not meet the same fate as the original.

I am a diesel mechanic by trade. I used OEM or equivalent quality parts whenever possible. In many cases, I improved on factory flaws with upgraded aftermarket parts.
