2005 Ford F-350 FX4 Description

Up for sale is my " Rare" 2005 Ford F350 Crew Cab/Short Bed Dually. This is an impressive looking truck sitting on 22.5 Alcoa Aluminum Tractor Trailer style wheels. Originally a Florida truck, I am the 3rd owner of this truck with the original owner being a Ford Dealer Diesel Tech. He completely bullet- proofed the 6.0 motor and added some performance upgrades as well including an EdgeProgrammer. This truck has been well maintained and is stored in a heated garage during the winter. I've owned the truck for 3 years without issue. Only reason I'm selling is I no longer need a truck this large and I don't use it enough to justify keeping it.
MECHANICAL: The 6.0 motor has been "bullet proofed" which includes an after market oil cooler, after market head bolts, after market water pump and the truck was made EGR delete. The drive train has been well maintained and the truck runs strong with out any issues. The automatic transmission goes through the gears as it should and performs well. The truck has straight pipe exhaust and sounds like a jet plane going down the road, its a real head turner. The front end was recently gone through with a new tie rod and Dynatrac heavy duty ball joints installed as well as a new coolant over flow tank, and radiator within the last 1k miles.
BODY & PAINT: With exception of a few dings and small dents the body is in excellent shape with no rust or rot. The frame is solid with only some small areas ofsurfacerust. The cab corners, cab mounts and bed mounts are in excellent shape. The bed does show some wear as this truck has been used as a truck but does have a plastic bed liner in it.
INTERIOR & GLASS: The interior is in good shape but the drivers seat does show some wear with a couple stains. Nothing a set of seat covers wont fix. The rest of the interior is in great shape. The truck includes two DVD screens one on the dash that pops up, and another large fold down that comes down from the head liner for the rear passengers. The electric windows and locks work as they should. The glass in in great shape and includes a heavy tint on the door glass.
TIRES & WHEELS: The truck sports 22.5" Alcoa Aluminum Tractor Trailer Style rims with over the road tires. All the tires are in excellent shape with no plugs or patches. The truck has a leveling kit as well. The tires have less than $10k miles on them since replaced
TRAILER & TOWING : Truck has a fifth wheel installed as well as a class three hitch and trailer brake
