1996 Crown Victoria.
1996 Ford Crown Victoria Description
Odometer broke 3 months ago. Had few miles as car belonged to marine patrol. Car driven only from house to port then back. I brought the car in 2004. It was a spare car. Only used it on weekends. Car was perfect until 3 months ago. New tires, new radiator, new headlights, new compressor. But car needs a paint job. Compressor changed ($400) but now the mechanic says it needs the hoses also. Radiator changed ($200) now mechanic says water pump is failing. The water temp at times raises high then goes back down again. I checked at to fix odometer is around $90. To fix Water pump $120. Air conditioner hoses around $ 100. I do not wish to spend more money on this car. I am not a dealer. The price you pay is it. no fees or other charges. You are responsible for license plates and taking the car. Yes, the car drives. But do to the water temp instability i cannot say how far the car will drive. I still use it on weekends but for trips less than 20 miles. The pictures do not show it but paint has many imperfections. Car would need to be painted to look really good.
