1931 Ford Model A Description

You are bidding on a 1931 Ford closed cab pickup.
All steel except glass fenders.
The body modifications include a filled top, a recessed firewall,
the gas tank bottom removed and tank fill hole was filled in.
The bed has been shortened about 9.0 inches and the trim bead
was hand formed to look stock.
I have the original hood sides but I have never had them on the truck.
I do not have the original hood top.
I have a primered glass top I used occasionally.
Interior has oem 1931 seat springs, tilt column with column shift,
Craig radio with cd, and stewart warner gauges (gas, oil, temp, speed).
Original frame has been boxed the full length.
Front suspension is a four inch dropped 32 axle with split wishbone.
Rear suspension is parallel 4 bar with coil springs.
Wheels are 6 x 15 1955 chev rims with p165-sr15 tires on
front and p235/70r15 tires on rear.
Engine is a 1972 Monte Carlo 350 with Edelbrock performer
cam, intake, and carb.
Transmission is stock 350 turbo from the same Monte Carlo and has
never been off the engine.
1970 Nova open rear with drum brakes, I believe it has 3:10 gears.
1970 Chevelle front disc brakes.
Runs good.
Brakes are a little touchy, left front will lockup until used a couple
of times.
No rust, no bondo, but the acrylic lacquer paint is cracked and chipped.
I built this truck in 1982 and have about 9000 local miles on it.
Titled as a 1931 1/4 ton pickup with a clear Ohio title.
Need to sell, no trades.
