This car was originally a 289 4V with a 3 speed manual transmission. Car came factory with select air and power steering with tinted glass, fold down rear seat and deluxe seatbelts. 9 inch rear end has been added and new dynacorn hood. The engine and drivetrain are missing along with the deluxe seatbelts. But standard belts have been installed. All of the AC/under dash and heater box controls are still there. Car has a clear title in my name. This car is almost free of rust except for a couple small places that we have shown in pictures and described in the condition description of this add. The floor has been cut at the tunnel for a super shifter, we have included a patch piece we cut out of another car to fix it with. There are some minor pen holes in the floors that we think could be repaired without replacing the floors but that will be the buyers judgement. Car has all original numbers on fenderwells and door tag...The buck plate tag is missing. We also have a marti report that we have included a copy of in the pictures. This carwas a California car and is one of the better bodies structurally that you will see. This being a san jose built car it would be a perfect car to repair a rusty 67 Shelby or to build a very correct Shelby clone. I have been restoring 67 and 68 mustangs for over 30 years, please call me with any questions you have about this car before bidding. We have engine and drive train parts available for purchase that would be good for this car if you are interested. This car is sold as is with no warranty. A deposit of $1,000 is due within 48 hours of auction end and is non refundable. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping cost and full payment is due within 7 days of auction end.
