I have a '79 F-250 2WD Ranger Regular Cab with the "Trailer Special" package that I would drive anywhere. My research indicates this package consisted of heavy rear suspension, rear wiring for trailer brakes, larger cooling radiator, additional trans cooler, bigger mirrors, dual piston front calipers, wider rear drums, wiring under dash for a brake controller which the truck has. I am not the most mechanically inclined individual and cannot confirm if this truck has all that. The truck does have factory A/C which is not currently operational. The truck is two toned and a great "fifty footer", good survivor, which has obviously done its share of work. There is a couple of cracks in the dashboard and the interior is missing one door panel. There are various dents and scratches and what I believe to be surface rust that create a great patina, that I wont charge extra for. All of the that cool Ranger trim appears to be there and just needs a polish. The truck drives great and does have power steering and power brakes. The truck has recently had a set of Michelin LT's put on with about 85% percent tread life left. Toolbox will be included but has no keys. I make no guarantees with this truck being as she is 37 years old, other than she runs great. Copy and paste the link to a you tube video.
