1966 Ford Mustang Mustang Description

1966 Ford Mustang Fastback “C” Code
Up For sale is a 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback “C” code with a 289 engine and With an Automatic transmission. The car was supposed to be a project for my shop but at the moment I have too many cars and no place to store this one. These cars are becoming more and more rare and finding them in perfect condition doesnt exist unless you want to pay $30K plus. When Ford was making these cars Ford made 1 Fastback for every 10 cars mostly be coupes so you see why for the importance of The Mustang Fastback.
So a Little about the Fastback. I’ve owned this car for about a year now and the car runs and drives OK for 50 years old.Is the car a driver I’d say Yes to a degree. Me myself I would like to replace brakes and tires just for safelty concerns but it does drive and shift and brake. The fastback does have the original engine and transmission from what I can tell and the rear end as well, All important stuff for originality. The Fastback does have some rust issues nothing crazy I’ve seen a lot worse but the rear floor pans needs to be replaced. The cause could of been a window not sealing well usally is the issue or the door not closing perfectly but it did happen to both sides. The exhaust is all rusted too but that usually gets swapped out. The trunk too has a little surface rust nothing a little elbow grease can’t fix.The rest of the floor pan seems to be rust free and I do provide the replacement rear pans for you too.Other than that the car is very dirty underneth and has dirt all over the under chassis. The car does have drum brakes all the way around as well. And the paint seems to be ravin black as well.So if you’re looking for a nice project then look no further this is it. this could be done to be a nice driver or a nice GT350 Clone entirely up to you.
I will have this car up for sale for just under $22K with a Best Offer. If you’re going to insult me with low ball offers please look someplace else this Fastback isn’t for you. I do have some wiggle room but nothing crazy. The car is sitting at a shop and can be easily viewed at California Classics ask for Scotty 760-598-9667.
We also can help with with working with shipping the car you desire and would offer free towing up to a 100 miles from Vista California as a courtesy. As far as payment is concerned Bank Wire and Cashiers check only please with a $500 paypal deposit from the time of winning the auction. Please ask what ever Questions you may have before bidding and BID only if you have the intent to buy no day dreamers please it does cost money to place ads on Ebay.Just so We’re clear the Buyer is buying the car “AS IS” no warrabty is implied by me or anybody else. Thanks again for looking at my auction and bid with confidence with my 100% seller feedback.
Thanks again & God Bless the great nation of ours !!
