If you know Duramax'syou knowthe late 04 LLY is the first year of no smog Duramax engines that have no injector issues. The good Duramax no Smog engines ran until early 2007. Since late 07 until now all Duramax engines are burdened with smog and EPA controls making them less fuel efficient and costly to maintain. The low mile LLY/LBZ engine classic duramaxs will allways have high desirability and demand.
