2004 GMC Other SLE Sport Utility 4-Door Description

Thank You for looking at our Auction. We are Lynnes Nissan West of Stanhope,New Jersey.

Up for sale is a Very Rare 2004 GMC Envoy XUV 4WD. Very unique Truck. Truck has a retractable top towards the back of the bed area. Has a complete hardbody for the trunk portain. Backseat wall folds down to get bed an additional 2 feet of room. Electric sliding windows on the backseat wall and trunk door. This vehicle is 4wd. Runs Great. Very Clean interior as well. Has a Hitch as well!!!

This vehicle has a Clean carfax to it!!!! (check photo)

No noticable damage on the vehicle, has a little bit of rust on the bottom of the trunk door.

You the buyer, are more than welcome to come to our dealership and check out this vehicle before placing a bid. We encourage it!

$500 Deposit is due within 48 Hours of auction completing. Deposit can be done over the phone at our dealership line at 973-347-2200 via credit card, or if you wish to come in and leave a check/cash deposit is welcome as well. We do not accept paypal as a deposit source.

Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

Additional Terms And Conditions.

1. Documentation Fee: Every Purchase will be subjected to a $399 Dealer Documentation Fee. There is No Exceptions. It is issued to every deal and it will appear as a fee on your final contract.This a paperwork processing fee. This fee is NOT your plates and registration.
2. Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract topurchasethis vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financiallyable to purchase this.
3. Lynnes Nissan West reserves the right to Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Also the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.

6. Buyers Inspection: Lynnes Nissan West has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Lynnes offers a pre-inspection if you wish to look at the vehicle before bidding. All inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.
7. Taxes and Registration fees:ALL OUT OF STATE TAXES ARE DUE AT TIME OF PURCHASE FROM US. Reason being is that we do your plates and registration.

ALL Plates and Registration for the purchased vehicle, will be done by the dealership if you drive the vehicle off the lot. We will issue you a temporary plate. We do your plates/registration/title. No exceptions. Goes for all states.
