2007 GMC Yukon Description

We recently purchased this very nice Yukon Denali from the original owner after my wife gave birth to twins. We are now a 7 member family and thought this would be big enough for the whole family. Yes there are 7 seats but my oldest son is 15yo and 6'-0" tall and sits between his 2 younger brothers 8 and 5 in the back seat. Sadly our investment didn't work out as good as planned so now we have purchased van. This one must go to the highest bidder.
The trade in value is $17,000+/-. with the economy what it is I felt the dealers were taking advantage of me so I'm selling it outright in Houston. I doing a no reserve auction with a starting price of the same value given buy the highest trade in value given to me by a local dealer. $14,500 with a buy it now price of $16,000. I would much rather give someone a great deal than make someone rich. I know they would sell it for $18-20k because that what I just paid for it...
It is a Denali so it is loaded as it is the top of the line with 6.2L V8 L98 engine as well as (real) full grain leather, entertainment system and everything you would expect from a Denali.Heated seats, air ride suspension, automatic conveniences from mirrors to 2 memory seat positions to push button fold down 2nd row seats. 122,000 miles on odometer
It's in good condition minor cosmetics but in great shape for being 10yrs old. Always serviced at dealer as carfax will indicate. Recently had very extensive service done brakes, emissions system, engine, and transmission. I have complete faith in this truck and would drive it coast to coast.
I will deliver it for $0.50 a mile and 1 way air fair from final destination.(that's 1/2 what you will pay a cargo company)
It still has 1 year on extended warrenty I will transfer it to new owner for $500 a fraction of the price if boughtseparate.
