2008 GMC CANYON 425 HORSEPOWER LS SWAP. Awesome street truck featured on Velocity Channel's TRUCK U "GRAND CANYON" episodes. This truck has a newly built 5.3 liter LS engine. It has a Comp Cams Thumpr camshaft, aluminum fabricated intake and coil covers and fuel rails, Dirty Dingo brackets & pulleys and a Current Performance wiring harness and PCM. This engine has less than 1000 miles on it and comes with a dyno sheet showing 424.9 peak horsepower and 384.9 peak torque. The transmission is a rebuilt 4l60e with less than a 1000 miles.The truck was lowered using lowering springs in the front and blocks in the rear. The 2016 wheels help this thing to handle like a dream. This is the modern sport truck you can't buy and a real sleeper.The truck still wears factory paint and does have some scratches and small dings. A caution flasher was removed from the roof and could use some attention to be perfect other than that, it's a great looking truck.
