This is a very Rare & Extremely hard to find, One Owner 4x4 Suburban, fully serviced, truck with all documented mileage, NO ACCIDENTS, and 9YES (9) Nine Passenger Seating. This LS Suburban is exceptionally clean & comes with the following options: tinted glass, remote entry, 6 way power drivers seat, cloth interior, 3rd row seating, rear heat & A/C, factory tow packag, 4l60e Transmission, 100 Amp Alternator, 4X4 on the fly with 1/2 ton suspension and drive train. This truck was owned by one family since it was new, itwas the vacation getaway vehicle, so it has seen very few miles & winter seasons as the body testifies to that. I have a full history of recent maintenance and all of the current service records as well as a clean Carfax. Once in the drivers seat, you’ll feel like you just bought a new truck, she runs, drives and rides like the day it was new. It's rock solid and has spot on responsiveness. Condition:This Suburban looks, feels & drives like a new truck. It drives straight, stops straight andhums down the freeway with no issue at 80+ MPH.I have had my ASE certified mechanic go through the truck and inspect the truck to make sure all service is current and there are no safety concerns. No Clunks, no noises, starts without hesitation, motor is exceptionally strong and very responsive.The engine and trans run perfectly & have plenty of power to tow just about anything you can throw at it. The transmission pulls and shifts smoothly with no vibration and no slipping and moves perfectly through all gears without a hiccup. The 5.7L V/8 motor is solid clean and powerful. There are no leaks on this motor. The interior is exceptional for a truck of this vintage with no rips or tears in the seating or headliner. As you can see in the pictures, the paint & clear coat is very nice w/minor imperfections on the hood and roof and sides. As stated earlier, everything in the truck works perfectly as it should. The A/C works nicely and is very comfortable, even in the hottest weather. Defects:Although this truck is rare & beautiful, it is NOT perfect. It does have some signs of age and minor imperfections as noted here, as well as in the video. Small nicks and some scratches are visible as well as some chips, typical for that of a 17 year old truck. There are also a few stains in the carpet & rear cargo area as noted in the video.

Personal Note: These trucks are very strong and durable, easy to maintain and with good care and service will run for hundreds of thousands of miles.I restore the trucks over time while I drive them, it's great for my family as we are a family of 6 now and need the space. The restoration process is fun for me and the family.I just finished doing all the work on this truck and it now feels and drives like a brand new SUV. I take pride in my vehicles and making sure they are well serviced before I sell them.
