2006 gmc sierra 2500 hd 2-door 4WD duramax turbo diesel allison transmission
2006 GMC Sierra 2500 Description
This is a 2006 gmc sierra 2500 hd 2-door single cab with full bed work truck... IT DOES NOT COME WITH HE SALT SPREADER SHOWN IN SOME OF TYE PICTURES, so please don't ask!It was originally ordered form the factory as a Work truck model, so no rugs, but vinyl/rubber flooring throughout. The two options I had added was power windows and power door locks. It's a 4WD, TURBO CHARGED Duramax diesel (6.6)it has A 2" Cogito brand front lift/leveling kit. It has 4 (new last year) 17" black granite alloy rims,
Despite being an 11 year old truck, There is some scattered rust around the body of the truck, and on the frame. With the exception of the front bumper, in particular the front bumper shroud, the entire cab, all the doors, hood, etc ... etc... are all in fairly good shape. Most, if not all, of the exterior cosmetic damage on the body are on the bed itself. It has a broken passenger mirror that has black duct tape holing it in place... I'm sorry, I forget if it's the mirror itself, or the whole mirror assembly?
The interior, for an "actual work truck" is in fairly good condition. It has a 3-person bench seat, and a standard AM/FM RADIO with 4 speakers The truck is equipped for a snow plow (plow has been sold) so it has a "Fisher brand" minute mount snow plow frame installed under the front frame. The wires that may appear in the pictures hanging under the front and rear frame, are all snow related wires that can be easily removed. Its also equipped with a "Whelan brand" 6 light flasher/strobe system, which has 6 hidden Led lights installed inside all the front headlights and rear tail lights, and 2 installed inside the middle of the upper cab running lights.
This truck has never been in any major accidents, onlyminor cosmetic fender benders! And despite the obvious exterior "cosmetic" flaws, mechanically speaking, this truck, as like all my vehicles, have always been very very well maintained. (figuratively speaking, my stuff may not look great BUT ALWAYS RUN GREAT!) The oil was always replaced between every 3 to say 5K of miles, and synthetic oil was always used, with the exception of the first two oil changes during the motors "break in" period. This truck runs great, the transmission works great. It also has been legitimately inspected, and has a current inspection.
The truck has under 97k+ miles, (FAIRLY LOW MILES FOR A DIESEL) with the last 30k all being highway miles from my employee. In my opinion this has a low reserve, which was only based slightly higher than what I was actually offered by my dealer for its "trade in" value for the new truck that has already been ordered and waiting to be built and delivered. (And PLEASE don't ask what the reserve is, or what my truck dealer offered me... the sole reason for a reserve is to be discrete, and to obviously get $.$$ what I want or better than what the dealer has appraised it for!) Simply put, just enter your highest bid your willing to offer, right in from the beginning, click automatic bidding, and with any hope you could and might actually receive it for less, if the bidding stalls out as it finishes selling?! So happy bidding!
