2004 GMC Envoy XUV Description

Up for "NO RESERVE" auction is this very nice GMC Envoy XUV rear wheel drive, leather, 139700 highway miles, new tires. Vehicle runs great with no steering, transmission or engine issues. Has remote starter installed so it can be started from the comfort of your home on cold and hot days. This vehicle has the retractable cargo roof making it great for hauling large upright items, the entire cargo area can be sealed off with the use of a built in mid-gate and built in drain outlets allowing it to even haul dirt (can be taken to a car wash and power wash the inside cargo area, very nice feature! Has very nice leather power seats (front power, rear manual adjust). This vehicle exterior has only a few minor scratches and/or scuffs but very nice considering it's age. Interior is also very nice with no rips or tears in seating (carpet could use a good steam cleaning but otherwise good. Two new tires on the front back tires are almost new. I've used this vehicle mainly for my photography business with most miles highway driven. I maintain all my vehicle very diligently replacing things as needed. I have recently replaced most of the front suspension components, AC compressor, water pump, fan clutch, power steering pump, alternator, both fan belts, front struts, brakes rotors and pads. Vehicle gets 21 mpg highway which is not bad at all considering this has the larger 5.3 lt V8 engine. Only selling due to the recent purchase of a newer SUV. This vehicle has a rebuilt/reconstructed title but it has been registered and used here in KY for the last 8 or 9 years so getting this vehicle registered in your state will be no different than any clear titled out of state vehicle. The reason for the rebuilt title is due to this vehicle being involved in a flood several years ago. I bought this as a winter project. I ended up replacing everything, wiring harness, engine, transmission, rear differential, seating, all dash components, window regulators, everything but the body and door panels. The only issues with this vehicle is the driver side front door lock will only lock/unlock when the temp is above 60 degrees and the midgate window ( not tailgate, it's fine) needs a regulator to make the window go up and down, I personally never used this window so it was never an issue for me (it's in the down position so putting down the midgate to retract the rear seats works fine. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this vehicle anywhere tomorrow, it's powerful, smooth and dependable. I would expect many more years of use left in this vehicle. A $200.00 deposit is required and I would entertain any reasonable offer!
