2003 GMC Sierra 2500 SLE Description

Looking to sell 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 HD SLE with the 6.6L duramax diesel engine and the 5 speed allison transmission. Has power windows, power locks, keyless entry, steering wheel radio and gauge cluster controls, and dual climate controls. Interior is in very good condition with no visible rips or tears. Comes with 4 rubber floor mats. Truck is a crew cab with the full 4 doors and has the push button 4 wheel drive. It has approx. 314,000 miles, which isn't for these motors. Also has an Edge tuner. Truck runs and drives great, transmission shifts fine and the 4wd engages on the fly with no problems. Has a trailer hitch with a 7 pin connector that was just rewired. Has LED taillights, 20" wheels with nitto terra grappler tires with about 60 or 70% life left. Brand new brakes (rotors, calipers and pads) all the way around and brand new hard brake lines. Will stop on a dime. Has a 3 or 4" exhaust from the downpipe back. I've also got the CAT adapter for the fuel filter and a fresh fuel filter to be put on when it's due for a new one. Injectors were changed in the fall of 2015 per the previous owner. In the year that I've owned, it I've changed all fluids but the differential and transmission fluid. I replaced the rear door lock actuators, serpentine belt, idler pulleys, and brakes all the way around. I've also run diesel kleen in every tank.
The only problems I know of are as follows:
Needs rocker panels and cab corners on both sides. Truck was originally from Wisconsin and those need to be replaced for aesthetic reasons. Paint also has some scratches, dents, etc. as would be expected for a truck of this mileage and use.
ABS light comes on and off intermittently while driving. I think it's due to a bad wheel sensor, but it hasn't bothered me, so I didn't replace it.
Transmission will occasionally be a little jerky when downshifting. I was told when I bought it that the transmission and transfer case were both rebuilt at about 175k miles or so, but it didn't come with any records. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this truck anywhere.
Truck surges a little at idle. If you have the radio on, you probably wouldn't notice, but I wanted to disclose it.
The tires rub when turned full lock in reverse.
Reason for selling is that this is a 3rd vehicle for my family and I've decided to get something different and let someone use this truck for what it was meant for. I've put 5 or 10 thousand miles on it since I've owned it and I've never had any problems with it. Starts up everytime and runs/drives better than my 06 Civic with half the miles. I've tried to be as up front as possible about the truck, but please ask all questions prior to bidding.
Would also be interested in trading for a 96-02 camaro ss or ws6 Tran am or 05-06 gto with a 6 speed.
