For our out of town buyers we will pick you up from William P. Hobby(HOU)or George Bush intercontinental(IAH) airport free of charge, as well as several smaller local airports or bus stations if desired(please contact us to verify locations). All vehicles sold including out of state sales include a year AAA plus membership. We can also help arrange shipping however the buyer is responsible for all costs.

All sales are subject to a $49 documentary fee, a $39.75 state inspection fee, 0.2107% (.002107 x Vehicle Price, $21.07 per $10,000 vehicle price) VIT Tax (Texas Auto Dealer Inventory Tax). Our documentary fee is not required by law and is a processing fee charged by Whitt’s Auto Sales, LLC. TEXAS Residents will be required to pay Texas Automotive Sales Tax, 6.25% in addition to registration (around $54.50 but varies by vehicle weight and specifications), Title Transfer fee(state $33) and etag fee($5 state).

All vehicles are pre-owned and sold “as-is” by Whitt’s auto sales, LLC although a manufacture warranty may still exist it is through the manufacture and not associated with Whitt’s Auto Sales. Aftermarket extended warranties may be available(please contact us for availability).

Deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or fails a professional on-site inspection(3rd party inspections are welcome but costs are paid by the purchaser).

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Harris County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Harris County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Harris County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be Harris County, Texas.
