FOR SALE IS A 1991 GMC SYCLONE AWD PICKUP TRUCK WITH 39K ORIGINAL MILES. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND COMES WITH ALL ORIGINAL PARTS THAT WERE SAVED . SINCE MOST PEOPLE WILL WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS PROJECT WASN'T FINISHED ITS SIMPLE AND ALSO COMPLICATED. THE CUSTOMER FELL ONTO HARD TIMES AND RAN OUT OF MONEY. HE PROMISED NUMEROUS TIMES TO THAT HE WANTED TO FINISH THE TRUCK AND WAS GOING TO BRIND THE REST OF THE MONEY TO COVER THE EXPENSES. ABOUT TWO YEARS AFTER NO HEARING FROM HIM, WE FOUND OUT THAT HE HAD PASSED AWAY. WE SETTLED THE INVOICE WITH HIS ESTATE AND GOT THE TRUCK. NO BS NO DOUBLE TALK, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED. I can get the engine overhauled and assembled for you for between $1250-$2000 depending what reasonable options you desire. It is a nice low milage truck and is in good condition. We have the transmission and orginal engine. Originally he thought about building the original engine, but quickly moved on from there. Engine is numbers matching and has all critical parts such as block, heads, crank, rods, pan etc, but is dismantled. I am selling the truck as a roller with the original parts in the back. I know for sure that the original turbo was broken and unusable so you will have to source a turbocharger. I think that the price I have on this truck allows you to spend about $1200 to overhaul the engine and install it yourself and be many thousands of dollars ahead Thank you for looking. It is not an easy project, but it is a doable one that could be fixed in about one week once the engine is done. I see nice trucks with this mileage selling for about $20,000 so you have a LOT or room to make it a perfect driver and still be way under market value if you are able and willing to do the work. It has an upgraded aluminum differential cover and Eaton LSD rear end installed. It has a rebuilt driveshaft both front and rear as well. It also has like new low mileage tires. It will need a turbo as the original one was bad and disposed of. I have all the original engine parts including block, crankshaft, rods, pistons, cylinder heads and exhaust. I don’t have the stock turbo. I also have the factory radiator, condenser balancer crank pulley, engine management computer, wiring harness, etc. We will take all forms paper payments such as checks, cashiers checks, and loan checks as long as the check has cleared before the car is shipped or picked up. He prefers a wire transfer. The vehicle is sold as is with no warranty. EXTRAS: Complete original parts and build sheet and all parts and service paperwork. In the back of the truck are all the original parts. If the truck is shipped, we can package all parts that will fit in the back carefully and help to ship the others via truck freight or Fedex ground at true cost of shipping and packing.
