1998 GMC Sierra 1500 Description
I have decided to sell a few toys. I have too many...so a few need to find new homes.
For Sale: 1998 GMC Sierra Lowrider.
You will not find another one like it. It is one of a kind. The truck is a Trail Master Conversion (done when it was new - authorized by GM). The truck is a beauty. It would make a great show truck...daily driver...weekend warrior...etc...
The GMC has a newer engine (currently has about 12500 miles on it) that runs great. It is a Vortec 305 (5.0L). The truck has an overdrive transmission that shifts as it should. It also has a new GM fuel pump, new fuel filter, new battery, and other new (or almost new) parts. It has been a well-maintained vehicle that has not been abused. If it ever needed anything, it got what it needed. It has low miles (124800 miles)...and they are pampered miles. The truck has been lowered. It has a Beltech lowering kit...the stance is great. It rides nice and smooth. It drives very nice...runs like a top (very peppy)...looks great. The American Racing wheels look nice on the truck. The tires still have lots of life left (almost new tires). The GMC sounds great with the cat-back dual exhaust and Magnaflow tips. I just had the front end aligned a few days ago. Nothing needs to be done. You can fly in and drive it anywhere with no worries. It is very reliable...and economical, too. We had 20+ mpg many times on road trips. It does well in town for mileage, too (not much less). Most miles are highway miles. There are lots of extras not mentioned above - cowl hood, roll pan, chrome wiper blades, skull shifter knob, Sony stereo system (CD player and speakers), amp and subwoofer, SS emblems (seem to go nice with the stripes), taillight covers, etc. Lots of goodies. The paint is fresh, too. The body was nice and rust-free before the paint was applied. It never had any rust. It looks very nice with the Arctic White paint...and Bright Metallic Silver stripes...and black pinstriping...and SS emblems...very pretty truck. It is not a Super Sport...but does look very nice as it is presented. I do have a little bit of extra paint left (just in case you need to do any repairs for a fender bender, for example). The interior is nice, too. There is a little wear on the driver's seat...but that can be repaired easily if desired. I was going to get some seat covers with skulls on them to match the skull shifter knob and skull graphics on the front of the hood. I have a pair of seat covers to include that will look nice when installed. I also have a new throttle body spacer that needs installed. I may have other goodies as well.....
This is a great truck. There will be no regrets with this purchase...someone will be very happy and lucky. There is a ton of work and money invested in this truck. All it needs is someone to drive it. You can find other trucks for less money...but you may be buying an expensive paint job on a junker. No regrets here. I am a collector...and I am very picky. This is a nice addition to someone's toy box. No surprises...just a great GMC lowrider.
I have a clear title and keys waiting. It has an alarm...but no remote (should be easy to remedy).
I will hate to see the truck go, but I have too many toys. Someone will be getting a nice lowrider with a hot rod vibe. You will not find another one like it.
I will sell this truck worldwide. Shipping arrangements are up to the bidder, but I will do what I can to assist. I have sold multiple vehicles that went overseas.
Feel free to contact me with questions. No tire kickers. No games. I am listing this truck once, so don't miss out........
