2009 GMC Sierra 3500 Work Truck Description
Second-Owner; previously a Texas truck. Good condition inside, out, and mechanically for age/miles. Truck has been meticulously maintained and serviced religiously at 5,000 mile intervals with high quality fluids/filters. All operations work as they should unless mentioned below. Truck has been babied most its life with little hauling. Service bed was installed two years ago, sanded, rust proofed, and painted to match prior to installation.
Add-Ons Include:
- Add a Leaf in Rear Suspension
- Leveling Keys in front suspension
- Bilstein 5100 Shock Absorbers all around

- Custom Fuel Tank and custom painted to matchwith pump for service body (can be sold without)
- AMSOIL Synthetics in Front/Rear Diffs, Transmission, and Transfer Case since 100,000/miles or when I purchased.
The Good:
- Front End Rebuilt in winter of 2015/2016
- New Tires 3,000 miles ago
- Serviced every 5,000 miles with Rotella-T oil and WIX/Napa Gold/CAT filters
- Batteries new in 2014
- Runs, Drives, and shifts like new
- Has been babied and very well maintained since I have owned it
- No Blow-By; does not burn any oil
The Bad:
- Check Engine Light on: Glow Plug Code, Glow Plugs need replaced
- Will need new front wheel bearing/hub assemblies soon some play starting to show
- Has a slight power steering leak at one hose crimp connection
- TPMS Sensor was removed due to corrosion, so TPMS light stays on
- Some Clear coat is popping in a few spots around the cab
- Service body needs some rust repair or doors replaced
- Tow mirrors do not match, drivers side has been replaced with aftermarket style, passenger side bottom spot mirror has crack
- Slight tear starting on drivers seat at seam
Overall, very nice truck with A LOT of miles left on it. Has been very well maintained since I purchased.
I WILL NOT SELL without the bed...so, don't even ask.
Truck comes as-is with no warranty or guarantees implied.
