1971 GMC Jimmy Description

1971 GMC k5 Jimmy (blazer) very clean,no rust,painted one time since new,I would guess about 20 years ago,numbers matching factory drivetrain with 86 thousand miles on the ticker, I cannot prove it hasn't rolled over but I would bet not. A few goodies like factory tach and rear limited slip and a cst model,factory ac was deleted but done nicely by previous owner.Has a nice double wall top with a nice hatch with all the hardware in tack and operational,will need new seals and weatherstripping for top and needs door weatherstripping. I put in a new floor matt and glove box compartmen, the stock seats could use new vinyl and new door panels and this thing would be perfect.I would drive this truck anywhere and not afraid to park it wherever,I've owned alot of restored rigs that were so nice I was afraid to drive them,this one is nice because it is beautiful but it's a driver and is actually more fun that way. it's all there and functional and in pristine shape,drives straight down the road with no slop or sway and very tight,a few scratches and a small parking lot ding is the extent of body damage. I had a great time putting it back together after previous owner tore it apart and stored in garage for God only knows how long,but there is nothing left to do but drive it and I need another project. Not in a hurry to sell and it's listed locally but I have priced it very fairly I believe, so we will see what happens.
