2010 GMC Acadia SLE Description

Hello. I'm selling my fantastic 2010 GMC Acadia SLE. First off, I'm the second owner of this car and I do not regularly buy and sell cars. I'm a private music teacher and I've driven quite a bit for work and personal use. In addition to the car, I'll provide all the vehicle maintenance records, already organized from the most recent to the earliest I could find.
As of today, the mileage sits around 116,000 miles and it works great. I recently had the car fully detailed, so you will not need to clean it for some time. However, there is some minor staining on the cloth seats. Yes, I did eat in the car - I know I'm terrible.
Also, I'm a very careful driver, but I did have one very minor fender bender that damaged the front end. I've had everything repaired, and the car's working fantastic. Also, there was an issue with the air conditioning system, but I've had all the hoses replaced and it's working great just in time for summer.
On the inside, you can't ask for a more spacious vehicle. Especially here in the suburbs, everyone knows SUVs are as handy as cars get. The third row of seats fold completely flat, so you get plenty of cargo space for beach trips or family vacations. The only inconvenience on the inside may be the front passenger seat does not have a functioning power seat adjust. The driver's side, however, works just fine.
Lastly, some of my favorite features include the stabilitrak-stability control, ultrasonic park assist, OnStar (available, not included), XM satellite radio (available, not included), Bluetooth for phone, the power liftgate, and the remote keyless entry. The stability control and the park assist are the greatest inventions ever. You won't know how you lived through driving and parking on rainy days without these features.
