2006 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Description

The time has come for me to let go of my truck. This is a clean pickup with a good amount of work done to it in the past few years I have owned it. Just picked up a Jeep for and need to unload my truck to start building it. Motivated seller.
2006 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Extended Cab with 136xxx miles... Being my daily driver still, miles will go up the longer the post is up. Asking $12500 OR best offer - willing to negotiate quite a bit.
This truck is an SLT, meaning full leather, power everything, heated seats, and Bose Audio from factory. Also a Z71 package with the G80 rear diff and 4wd. 6inch suspension lift with 17x9 wheels and 295/70 tires (about 34x11.5 inch). Smooth running motor and drivetrain with working 4wd. Turn key truck. Clean title in hand!
INTERIOR: Very clean and well taken care of. Rip in drivers side seat is just about the only visible blemish. The heated seats currently dont work - I bought it this way and just never fixed it. Power seat, windows, a/c, heat, and stereo function perfectly.
EXTERIOR: Outside the truck is in great shape. Paint is very good for the age and looks very nice with wax. Just added slip on rockers this past February that have been welded on and painted to match the truck - they look nearly factory. Rear quarters behind the bed have visible surface rust but could be sanded down and repainted if desired. Some small dents and scratches. The tailgate does function but is pretty rotted on the sides so it will eventually need one. Parking brake is also not working at the moment - I replaced the cable but can't get it to tighten up again.
Motor: Completely stock 5.3 Vortec that runs excellent. The truck sometimes has a very slight rough idle but has been doing the same thing for about 6 months now and no issues to report with daily driving and some long day trips. Only happens once in awhile and motor still pulls like new.
Extras:
Truck was purchased with a FabTech 6inch Suspension Lift kit installed. Recently installed 4 new Rough Country N2.0 shocks and boots. Also sits on Tuff T07 17x9 Black wheels wrapped in Cooper Discoverer ATP 295-70-r17 tires (installed last August). Kenwood Head Unit with Bluetooth and aux installed. Spyder headlights and tail lights.
I have included a log of the parts I have replaced over the past two years and maintenance. I have no service records from the previous owner.
Overall this is a very solid and clean truck. Has never left me stranded even driving to Maine, the Cape, etc. A lot of new parts too. I hate to let it go but it makes sense for me at this time. I am selling this truck AS IS. To the best of my knowledge, this is a good, running truck in great shape. You can see for yourself in person. Treat it right and it will treat you the same.
