1986 GMC S15 Gypsy

Gorgeous 1986 GMC S15 Gypsy short bed project truck. Yes a GYPSY!? Very rare, most people have never seen one.

All the hard work is done! This truck started out as a great nearly rust free truck. Completely disassembled, frame was sand blasted and powder coated, doors and fenders were replaced with NOS GM parts. All brake parts are new, new ball joints, fuel tank/sender, fuel pump, a/c condenser ETC.....

All new rubber door seals, body mounts and related hardware.

Straightened and professionally painted its original deep black. Don't be confused this is a high end stunning black paint job which cost more than the reserve price. Would be one of the nicest at any car show.

Fitted with a rebuilt 2004 Vortec 5.3 truck engine (new pistons, rings, bearings, valve job with new valves) and a 4L60E auto trans behind it. Engine and trans are bolted in and need to be finished.

Original ECU and harness were sent out and modified for installation (drive by wire)

Seats are very nice charcoal leather buckets, will need headliner and door panels.

Selling far below the cost of parts minus labor... Too many projects

I have most parts to finish the truck, but not all. This is great project that will look stunning when finished.
