2010 Honda Element Description

I am the original owner of this 2010 Honda Element EX. Purchased at Honda of Turnersville, NJ.

I got married 5 years ago so it says this car had 2 owners (different married last name), but it's only 1 owner.

This was the first car I ever purchased new so I took amazing care of it. LOVED this car anddid all the routine recommended service. Have paperwork of service records available.

The vehicle just passed inspection last week and had new front and back Honda windshield wipers installed 1 week ago.

New tires within last year (can't find paperwork for exact date, but you can tell by looking at them).

New brakes, front and rear, installed when the car had 94,654 miles on it. Now it has 104,696 miles. So only 10,000 miles ago.

Had the recall airbag issue replaced last year. Happy to provide paperwork for all maintenance.

Overall it's in good condition. There are a few dings on the car. One is on the back just under the window (see photos) and some are on both sides- minor dings (see photos). Minor hail damage on roof. There is a small chip in the windshield- It never bothered me enough to replace the windshield. Other than that, the cloth seats could use a scrub in some spots (see photos). I got brand new tires recently and when I drove home I noticed the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light was on. The sensor got damaged when they replaced the tires. I usually check my own tire pressure so I never got that TPMS light fixed. It's only the back right tire that needs a new sensor quoted at $185 by Honda. Also 2 bulbs need to be replaced for the inside, overhead cabin lights. I took amazing care of this car and did all the recommended routine maintenance (at Honda Dealerships!).

My personal philosophy was to take great care of the internal mechanisms, but leave some cosmetic dings as they don't affect thelongevity of the vehicle.

I'm a non- smoker so no funky smells.
