2012 Honda Civic Description

I am the original owner of this GAS-SAVER Civic. I initially leased it (brand new) in October 2011 and then purchased it in 2014. It is mostly highway driven, used to commute between Charlotte and Winston-Salem.
Everything in it is perfect, except for a scratch/ding near the gas tank. I have done ALL recommended and scheduled maintenance at Flow Honda. The Michelin tires have about half life left in them.
Priced to sale. Price is very fair and firm (below both NADA value $11,100 and KBB value $10,300; Excellent Condition).
