2014 Honda Accord EX-L 3.5 V6 automatic. Bright white pearl paint, beige leather interior, overall is in showroom condition. Body/paint is excellent with no history of damage, no dents or scratches. Its only imperfections are just from typical wear- some minor paint pitting on the hood and front bumper/grille of the car, from mostly-highway driving. 2 of the wheels also have some minor cosmetic scratches (right rear also has curb rash that barely shows up in the photos)- nothing severe and absolutely no vibrations while driving. It still runs, drives, handles, brakes like new. The leather seats still look new. Clean title and clean Carfax. Only 39,000 miles, which is barely past the break-in period for a Honda. No mechanical, cosmetic or other issues. Front & rear brakes have ~65% of the pads remaining. The tires have ~30% tread remaining and pass inspection, but I'd recommend replacing them this winter season if you'll be driving in snow. 6-speed automatic transmission shifts perfectly, engine is quiet, excellent fuel economy, throttle response & performance. Very smooth and responsive electronic steering. All maintenance is up to date. This Accord is very roomy inside, great sounding stereo w/ usb, hard drive, cd, satellite radio, navigation, backup+side camera, moonroof, traction control. Recent NH inspection sticker, have both keys, owners manual, wheel locks & key.
Priced to sell- I'm already asking less than (private party) book value, which is ~$21700. This Accord cost $35000 new only 2 years ago. Has remaining Honda Factory powertrain warranty until 48,000 miles. Averages ~34 mpg highway and ~28 mpg combined city/hwy, yet very smooth+fast acceleration when needed. There is a remarkable difference in performance of these 3.5L V6 Accords over the more common 4-cyl & Sport models, yet with very little difference in fuel economy. Car is completely stock, was one owner for 2 years and always garaged. I bought it several months ago, putting 3k miles on it since then- only selling now because my job situation changed and I can no longer justify keeping 2 cars.
