2004 Honda Accord EX Description

I bought this car as a present to self after grad school, I have driven it with love, and it has loved me back. I moved to NYC a few years ago, and don't drive it much anymore, I would never sell otherwise.
Highlights for your consideration:

I bought it brand new, and have been the only owner and driver... my wife doesn't drive manual
It has never been in any accidents, or incidents
It's at 70k mileage, this is a rare gem for the age and price
I have never had any issues with it, I have performed regular maintenance, but never had to do repairs
Everything works, power seats, windows, radio, CD player, moon-roof, everything, no malfunctions
Car photos are untouched, what you see is what you get

Things to keep in mind:

It is a manual transmission (stick shift)
It is due for 70k mileage maintenance, though I recently had it in for a factory airbag recall and no issues were reported
The tires might need replacing at some point, though no issues with them presently
Body paint is excellent for a 12 yr old car, though there are normal use minor scratches
