2012 Honda Crosstour EX-L Description

This listing is for a used 2012 Honda CrossTour EX-L. It has 97xxx miles on it currently but it will change as it is my daily driver. Everything still works on the car: locks, windows, sunroof, radio, cruise, seat heaters, etc.. There is not a missing button, switch, etc, anywhere on the car.

The tires were purchased at about 75k miles, they have at least 50% still on them. I have had the car for about a year and believe I am the second owner. The only thing I have have ever had to do other than change the oil (with synthetic oil), is replace the battery when I purchased it just as a preventative maintenance.
The body is straight but there are some scuff, dings and scratches but nothing out of the ordinary for a car with this mileage. I took a picture of the driver's side rear quarter panel, as it does have a bit of a scratch/dent in it. It doesn't really show that well in the picture but it is there.
Buyer is responsible for shipping but I will be glad to take the car somewhere within 20 miles of Houston. I can also meet within 200 miles of Houston but only after having the funds in hands. I have a loan on the car so I will provide a bill sale until the title comes from the bank after payoff. The car will come with a paper Texas tag.
