Minor issues:
Paint is not great being an old vehicle.Small rust spots on rear wheel wells typical with Honda CR-V.Driver side door lock needs calibrated hard to open with key.Passenger side door can't be opened from inside. Needs minor work.Tires are worn and need replaced soon.Lower ball joints or control arms replacement could help handling smoother.Check engine light with P0420 code shows up. Could be upstream oxygen sensor ( I have it)
If you are handy enough these minor issues could be addressed easily. Honda will run 350K miles easily.
