Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 by Paypal, Loan check, Cash (in person) must be paid within 24 Hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax or email a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 Days. If payment is made by cashier's or personal check, Seller will hold the title for 3 days or until funds have cleared. If the funds clear sooner, then the title will be turned over sooner.

Seller will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.
